Stuck in traffic or missed a turn? We understand! Please give us a call if you are running late so we can try to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may call to reschedule your appointment.

However, we ask that they are supervised for the duration of your stay. This is to ensure their safety and to help us provide a relaxing salon experience for other clients. For infants, we require that a car seat or stroller be on hand as it is unsafe to hold babies during color and cutting services.  

We require a card on file to book an appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no shows are subject to a 50% service charge. Reoccuring cancellations/ no shows may incur a 100% service charge.

At Pin Up Salon, we strive to serve you.  We have put these policies in place to protect our staff and ensure that all clients have the opportunity to relax in a safe, clean, and friendly salon environment. We strive to make all clients happy, however we know there can be misunderstandings. If you feel you did not receive the hairstyle you and your stylist discussed, please call us within 7 days and we will gladly perform any services needed to help you achieve your goal.
